Sunny Grace
Sunny was home a week before her heart defect was discovered. She was 3 weeks old when she had open heart surgery to save her life.
She is now a happy healthy 14 month old. We feel incredibly lucky to be where we are now and hope the Sunny Grace doll helps in the early detection of heart defects xx ❤️
